If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return of any full priced subject to the following conditions:
- Fur merchandise (Vegan Fur, Robes, Slides, Fanny Packs) will incur restocking fees. Please understand these items are handmade and tailored specifically for the customer. Instead of making all SALES FINAL we are willing to meet half way.
- High Tier- $45 restocking fee (Vegan Fur, Robes)
- Low Tier- $25 restocking fee (Slides, Fanny Packs)
- The item must be returned within 7 days of purchase together with original proof of purchase or order number. We suggest trying on all purchases straight away to ensure you can return items within the returns timeframe;
- Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached.
- ON SALE MERCHANDISE ARE FINAL.
- Customer must pay the difference for any item if the exchanged item incurs a restocking fee. After we receive the item and before we ship out the exchange.
- Failure to pay the difference will result in a refund for the full price (excluding original shipping cost and restocking fees, if applicable) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase.
How to return/exchange an item:
If you would like to return an item, please follow the below steps:
- Send an email to email@example.com listing your contact details, order number, the item you want to return & whether you would like to exchange/return/credit along with the reason. (This must be done within 7 days of your DELIVERY date.)
- We will reply asap to confirm your return and provide our delivery address for your return. Please do not send your garment back without emailing us first, as this may lead to your return not being correctly processed.
- Please carefully package up your new, unworn garment with all tags attached; items must be returned to us in the same new condition in which they were delivered. Please ensure that a copy of your original invoice is enclosed in/on the parcel.
- Please note that all refund shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Sugar N Spice does not cover any return postage costs. Please use a service with tracking so we can follow your delivery. Sugar N Spice cannot be liable to refund any items that go missing in the post.
*Unreal Fur will pay for the re-sending of exchanges, but not for the cost of the delivery back to us.
- Upon receipt of the items, they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will receive a refund or credit note for the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost and restocking fees, if applicable) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase.
Up to 10 business days for returns to be processed. You will receive email notification of the status of your refund once it has been processed.
